DHCP not working on Ubuntu LXC?

Stock install - everything seems to work, until you reboot. Then you get a 2-minute timeout and no network until you run sudo dhclient.

Hi Everyone; I am trying to set up a new DHCP server (Ubuntu 16.04), and for some reason I cannot get the isc-dhcp-server service to start.

If you receive command not found when trying to run dhcp or dhclient , it's possible that these are not installed.

Edit to put solution on top: Power down the modem for 30 seconds to give it time to understand that it is being connected to another server.
